By using this application, all users of the Go2Go application agree to the following terms, conditions, and policies. These terms are intended to ensure safety, transparency, and proper use of the platform.
All users of this application must be 18 years of age or older. By registering and using the app, the user confirms that they meet this age requirement.
This application does not discriminate on the basis of caste, religion, political opinion, community, or party affiliation. The platform is designed to provide services fairly and equally to all users without being influenced by such factors.
This application operates as a third-party platform that connects users. The app itself is not the direct provider of transport services but serves as a medium between users and drivers.
Drivers must not operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance. If a passenger reasonably believes that a driver is intoxicated, the passenger has the right to immediately stop the trip for safety reasons. In such cases, the driver may be held fully responsible for the cost of that trip or tour.
Any accident, vehicle breakdown, or mechanical failure during a trip is the sole responsibility of the driver and/or vehicle owner. The application shall not be held liable for such incidents.

If a driver has a reasonable security concern, the driver may request to inspect a passenger's baggage for safety purposes. Such checks must be conducted respectfully and only when genuinely necessary.
Only registered users of the application are permitted to use the transport service. A booking made through the app must not be transferred to or used by a person who is not a registered app user, unless otherwise permitted by the platform.
Passengers and drivers are each responsible for safeguarding their own valuables and belongings. The application shall not be responsible for any costly or personal items that are lost, forgotten, damaged, or stolen during a trip.
User details may be used where necessary for operational, travel, safety, support, or service-related purposes. By using the app, users agree that their information may be used for such legitimate purposes in accordance with the platform's policies.
In the event of an accident, breakdown, or any trip-related issue, users may request assistance through the Help and Support section available in the account page of the application.
This application is designed only for land transport services. It does not provide services related to air, sea, or other modes of transportation.
The application requires an active internet connection to function properly. The app shall not be held responsible for service interruptions, errors, or issues caused by poor network coverage or lack of internet connectivity.
The application may be updated, modified, or improved from time to time. Such updates may occur without prior notice to users.
The platform administrator reserves the right to create, view, update, suspend, or delete user accounts, or grant/restrict permissions when necessary for operational, safety, compliance, or policy-related reasons.
The administrator reserves the right to suspend or restrict a driver's permissions, access, or activities on the platform whenever required, including in cases of misconduct, safety concerns, or policy violations, with or without prior notice.
A driver may cancel or stop their shared trip booking up to two times only. Repeated cancellations beyond this limit may result in restrictions or suspension of driver privileges.
The route taken during the trip is determined fully by the driver, subject to the trip arrangement and practical road conditions.
These Terms and Policies may be updated, revised, or expanded in the future. Continued use of the application after such updates will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms.
